None will never be shared withathird-party or even resold. Only you has the possibility to modify and control your account anytime. You have also the right to demand that we cancel and delete every information you provided.

2) PERSONAL DETAILS

2.1- Description

Personal details (or data) are personal information (such as username, password, name, firstname, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, postal address, town/city, state/region) that internet users are likely to provide to TandemShowRoom, ltd as part of the newsletter subscription via IkiClub space and/or Contact us space of the website. When users provide personal details, they commit their liability to answer all enquiry aspart of their subscription and to communicate correct information to TandemShowRoom, ltd in order to give no prejudice to the third-party’s interests or rights.

2.2- Consent

Personal details are never collected without the user’s consent.Any compulsory or non-compulsory information requested by TandemShowRoom, ltd will be indicated beforehand to users. There is no obligation to provide such details to TandemShowRoom, ltd. Somehow, in the event of refusal, TandemShowRoom, ltd will not have the possiblilty to address its newsletter to those users. If the user does not or no longer wish to receive the newsletter, all he will have to do is sendan e-mail to TandemShowRoom, ltd (newsletters@ikimezura.com).

TandemShowRoom, ltd is liable for personal details collection and processing online.

TandemShowRoom, ltd is the only recipient for collecting the users personal details. No information will never be forwarded to a third-party.

According to law “computing and licenses” n°78-17 (1978, January, 6) as modified by law n°2004-801 for natural person protection and personal data processing (2004, August,6) the website is subject of a statement for automatic personal data processing by the CNIL (National Commission of Computing and Licenses) n°1168123. All users dispose of the right to modify and change, update, lock, oppose or delete their personal details anytime.
